How do I find the right location for my shoot?

Every property has been personally visited and fully assessed, so recommendations are based on first-hand knowledge of the architecture, spaces, access and practical suitability for a commercial shoot — helping you focus your time on locations that can genuinely deliver.

Yes. The website offers a preview of the Collection, while detailed location presentations are shared privately in response to genuine briefs and enquiries. These provide further imagery and practical information, allowing you and your client to assess the strongest options in greater detail and make informed decisions before progressing.
How do I know a location will work for my production?

We assess locations with a shoot in mind, not simply for how they look. Every location in the Collection is personally visited and fully vetted, and the majority are also photographed by Shoot Puglia — giving us first-hand knowledge of how the spaces, light and orientation work through the lens and in practice. Access, parking, crew suitability and practical logistics are also considered from the outset. That means fewer unknowns, better-informed decisions and less production risk before your crew arrives.
Can I visit a location before booking?
A focused recce. Time well spent.
Yes. Accompanied scout and recce visits can be arranged where you need to assess a location first-hand before committing. Because we already know the property, we can focus the visit around the requirements of your production — from spaces and light to access and practical logistics — so your time on the ground is well spent.
Additional scouting and recce services are quoted separately where applicable.
What if the location we need isn't currently in the Collection?

We can undertake bespoke location scouting for briefs requiring something beyond the existing Collection. Our first-hand knowledge of Puglia, its architecture and geography, together with our network of property owners and contacts across the region, gives us a strong starting point for a focused search tailored to your brief.
Does Shoot Puglia charge clients a location-finding fee?
Professional expertise. No additional location-finding fee.
Shoot Puglia’s fee for locations within our Collection is covered by the location owner, rather than charged as an additional fee to the client. This means you benefit from our first-hand knowledge of the Collection, informed location recommendations and booking coordination as part of the location booking. Bespoke location scouting and additional scout or recce services are quoted separately where required.
How do I book a location?

Once you've selected a location, Shoot Puglia manages the booking process from confirmation through to the shoot. We confirm final availability, negotiate the terms, agree the location rate and specifics of the shoot, and coordinate any questions or particular requirements for the shoot.
A Shoot Location Agreement sets out the agreed dates, location fee, usage and terms, with the booking confirmed once the agreement is signed, the required payment has been received and production insurance is in place.
Ahead of the shoot, we remain your point of contact for location-related questions and practical arrangements, ensuring everything agreed is clearly communicated and in place before your crew arrives.
