Shoot location tips, Puglia. Food, Cibo, Tucker, Nosh

Shooting your next campaign in Puglia? We don’t want you to go hungry. Here are some tips for you when booking your shoot location with us.

Puglia is known for it’s delicious food. We excel in locally grown, seasonal delights as well as our own pasta dishes, incredible sweet treats, snacks, cheese etc.

We are living the slow life here and proud of it.

Tip: We do not have uber eats or delivery of food outside of the larger cities.

Many of our beautiful locations are set out of town. You being organised for your crew being appropriately fed is essential and let’s face it they’ll be more productive on set.

Tip: Most large supermarkets have a Tavola Calda which is freshly prepared food, hot and ready to eat to take away. The quality is surprisingly good, but it does mean you need to send a valuable crew member out to get this, possibly leaving you short handed for an hour or more, not ideal.

At most of our locations we can arrange for food to be prepared and delivered during the shooting day to keep your energy levels up and your crew motivated and focused. This will be outside catering prices not takeaway/delivery prices so you will need to budget for it and pay upon ordering as opposed to on delivery.

Ahead of your shoot get in touch to get your catering needs sorted out, don’t wait to arrive, pre booking this service is essential.

If you need any restaurant recommendations for your evening meals let us know in advance and we’ll prepare a list. We recommend you always call ahead to the restaurant to check opening times and always prebook. Tip: Do not rely on google saying they are open.

We can arrange simple catering, and, in some locations, a private chef is also possible, again all bookable in advance.

Thank you for dropping in and hopefully this is a useful snippet.
